Job SummaryACT is seeking a President to provide strategic leadership for the company by establishing the goals, strategies, and policies for the company by working with and through the company management team who reports to the PresidentThe position assists with the execution and monitors the company's progressHas overall accountability to the Board of Directors.
Must Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Bunsiness Administration or Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred15-20
years related industry experience in a management/leadership role with electronics manufacturing industry experience preferredStrong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principlesIn-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practicesAn entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skillsKeen analytic and problem-solving skills, which support and enable sound business decision makingOutstanding communication and public speaking skillsWhat's in it for you?100% Employee Ownership:
