As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering on our initiative to exceed our customer expectations for exceptional sales, service, and installations.
To accomplish this, we must ensure our installation and service teams have the right parts and the right components to complete projects effectively and accurately.
Hours for the Order Entry Specialist position is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:
30PM.
What you Can Expect Receive customer product requirements from the sales specialists and the details will be communicated clearly to the Order Entry Specialist.
Submit order information to various vendors to ensure accurate components are purchased.
Submit stocked inventory item replenishment orders to various vendors to ensure proper levels of materials are on hand.
Support from management, sales, and office teams.
Qualifications:
One year of experience in purchasing, order entry, data entry, or similar role High School diploma or equivalent education Detail-oriented when accurately entering data Excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone High proficiency in MS Office applications and able to learn various computer programs
