Ability to work Saturday - Tuesday 8am -7 pm and fill-in for shifts, as needed Operate all computer systems in accordance with established schedules and quality guidelines Strong attention to detail is required to ensure all aspects of the operational environment are maintained Prioritize nightly processes to ensure performance of time critical schedule Run all programs for production systems Provide batch processing and tape backups Ability to problem solve and gather data to troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues Maintain accounting controls for tapes produced Must be able to run web-based vendor systems for E-Commerce products Log and report problems to management Must be able to prioritize tasks as assigned Ability to work with field staff, Retailer-base, and Lottery to troubleshoot and resolve different situations Ability to maintain an aggressive call volume Other duties as assigned Position Requirements/
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED Experience in LINUX, Microsoft products, and Windows based systems.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies Strong time management skills Skills/Abilities:
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships Ability to communicate with all levels of management Must have average organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 30 lbs Ability to sit, stand, bend, and stretch at a minimum of 50% of the time for any or all of the movements described.
