Overview
TE Connectivity's Americas Sales team for our Data and Devices Business Unit has a vision of winning in the market with a passionate organization that delivers unique solutions to our Customers when we promise, every time. We are seeking Inside Sales team members to help us make this vision a reality. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts, generating demand through design wins and revenue growth while providing total customer satisfaction. This position will be based at our Middletown, PA office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains strong business relationships with Customers to drive Sales and exceptional Customer experience.
Understands business processes and makes proactive decisions, effectively solving Customer issues, and increasing sales.
Presents TE products, services and capabilities to best meet the needs of the Customer.
Develops sales opportunities and assists in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions with Customers.
Responds professionally to inquiries from TE's key accounts via multiple methods (phone, email, fax, meetings, etc.).
Identifies and drives corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise Customer satisfaction levels.
Works with assigned Sales Manager to execute the account plan.
Performs statistical analysis relating to product, bookings, billings, opportunities and Customer profiles.
Displays strong interpersonal skills and a positive and professional attitude.
Account Management.
Outbound prospects for new and/or existing areas of opportunity.
Maintains regular contact with engineers & buyers.
Ensures Pipeline Funnel Growth in accordance with set revenue and product attainment
Responsible for demand creation, quoting, delivery escalation, customer scorecard and contract management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required in technical field (Engineering, IT, etc.).
Minimum of two (2) years of previous Inside Sales experience preferred.
Industry experience a plus.
Demonstrated excellent communicator (verbal, written, spoken) with exceptional listening skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of an account team to identify new opportunities.
Analytical and structured thinking with a creative ability to work toward targets and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong Business Acumen, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking.
Action Oriented Results Driver.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of, and maintain progress on, multiple tasks.
Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities, strategies and business conditions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
